Citizens starting to produce their own energy, house owners renewing their homes, people with not enough income to invest on green energy, prosumers can be very different from each other and our pilots have learned different ways to engage with different types of energy citizens.
Energy communities can be created by the citizens themselves or by governmental institutions, which support them with different resources or instruments. Some bottom-up and top-down approaches were tested in our pilots with exciting results shared on this video.
What are the role of home owners on energy communities? And of citizens that do not own a house and that are engaging with energy projects in different contexts? On this video, we analyse the role of owners and non-owners on our pilots.
See how our partners from energy cooperatives are working and engaging with citizens, building trust and value for citizens’ energy actions.
